Christmas Brass Quartet
2 Trumpets and 2 trombones. (Trombone 1 optional Tenor Sax, Trombone 2 optional Tuba)
50 of the most popular Christmas tunes, arranged in various styles from classical to jazz to rock. Easily played by all levels.
It started back in Reseda High School, in hopes of making a couple extra bucks and of course spread good cheer, a few of us every Christmas would open our horn cases at Candy Cane Lane,
a local Woodland Hills community that would decorate for Christmas. Each street had a different theme, Candy Cane, Carolers Lane, Bells, etc.
At first we played the tunes "by ear," I started doing little arrangements in effort to make us sound more organized. Over the years I kept adding
more arrangements. Many times over the years we were shown on the local news and were written up in the Paper.
